Senior Pastor, Mathews George

My name is Mathews George, and I was born in India and raised as a member of one of the Early Churches of Christendom, the Thomas Christians of India (founded by Apostle Thomas as the name would imply). I began my transition into serving the Lord in High School as the Gospel became clear to me through the influence of an Evangelical prayer group I was active in. From there on, I continued active involvement in Ministry throughout my time in higher education. I was blessed enough to marry my beautiful wife, Anju, in 1995 and I have been blessed with five wonderful children. My journey in the US began with the Lord "ambushing” me through a personal encounter while I was working as the Chief Executive of a Company in India. Immediately following this, I quit my job to pursue full time ministry in the United States. The family and I moved to attend Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. Over the last 15 years, I’ve been Pastor of three different churches in Tennessee, Vermont, and California. I have counselled, mentored, and discipled many people and simply love to share Christ with whoever I meet.
